Refund & Return Policy – AURAIKA

At Auraika, we take pride in the quality and safety of our products. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch.  
However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Replacement-Only Policy

We offer replacement only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a wrong product

Please note:
We do not offer refunds. Only replacement will be provided.


Not Eligible for Replacement

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or replacements if:
- The product has been opened or used
- The product is not damaged
- The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
- The product was purchased during special sale or clearance offers (if applicable)


How to Request a Replacement

Please include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos or video of the damaged product and outer packaging

Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.


Important Note

Due to the nature of consumable health supplements, we cannot accept returns or replacements for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Taste or smell preference
- Not seeing expected results
- Ordered by mistake
